Course Description: Ladies, how do you view your role as a woman? Does it matter? Could a wrong view of your role as a female be causing your struggles? This class discusses how God views women, how to view ourselves as we age, how to quiet our chaotic souls, the joy of submission, and controlling our thinking!

PG 345 Handling Stress Biblically – For Ladies
Schedule: 6 weeks, October 15 – November 19

Course Description: All of us face different stressors in our life and find helpful or destructive ways to relieve ourselves from the pressures we face. In this class ladies will learn how God desires his children to deal with the pressures and stress in which they find themselves. Dealing with pressures God’s way will ultimately allow individuals to have a calm and quiet soul among the pressures of life.
