The seminar format is a series of presentations and hands-on workshops. Attendees of both track one and two will benefit from plenary sessions on the importance of pastoral leadership in the planning process as well as hear a session from a group of panelists who have put the principles taught into practice.
Registrants will receive group and personal exercises to aid them in applying what they have learned. These workshops will allow for small group interaction as well as an opportunity for preliminary development of your own planning process. During the personal project time, the conference instructors will be available to answer specific questions regarding your ministry and its objectives. |

Registrants will select from one of two tracks based on planning experience. We call track one the "Nuts and Bolts" of strategic planning. This track is particularly designed for ministries beginning strategic planning. Track two is titled "Taking it to the Next Level" and this track was organized to help ministries that have some strategic planning experience. |
