When?
Session 1: October 23rd - December  18th, 2008
Session 2: January 15th - March 12th, 2009 *

Games are held on Thursday nights at 6pm, 7pm, 8pm & 9pm in Faith Community Center's Community Gym and Multipurpose Room. There are also a few select Sundays of league play at 2pm, 3pm and 4pm

Faith Community Center-both main courts

Who can participate?
Men 18 years (out of high school)  through Adult-(any age)

Cost?
$45 per person, per session ^

* Registration for Session 2 will not open until December 1st
^ You may register as a team or as an individual requesting to be placed on a team

No one will be allowed to participate until the registration form is completed and a check or cash for $45 is received.


To register, please download a brochure/registration form and return completed form with your payment to Faith Community Center. There will be a final registration/call out on Saturday 10/18 from 8am to 2pm in the Faith Community Center lobby. Sign up as a team or as an individual so you can be placed on a team.

THURSDAY-10/23-YOUR COACH WILL ADVISE YOU OF YOUR TEAM NUMBER. JERSEYS WILL BE ORDERED ON 10/24 SO WE ARE SURE TO GET PROPER SIZES AND COLORS FOR EACH TEAM.

ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE FILLED OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM AND PAID THE $45 FEE WILL BE ALLOWED TO PLAY
