Bible Description.docThe 9-12 grade girls' Bible class will focus on the women in scripture.  We will systematically reveal the characteristics of 24 women in the Bible by uncovering the place that God had in their life and then discovering what kind of women each of us are and wish to become.  Some of the women in focus will be Mirian, the esteemed leader, Potiphar's wife, the insatiable material girl, Rahb, a woman witha lot of baggage, but listed in the Hall of Faith, Peninnah, a woman conquered by jealousy, Hannah, a woman of prayer, and Lydia the business woman who gave God first place.

Although it is not required for class, I will be using the book titled, Her Name is Woman by Gien Karssen.  The first woman that we will cover is Eve, the mother of all living.  We will look at her faults, her triumphs, and her lasting impression on mankind.
