Brent Aucoin, Th.M.

Pastor Aucoin has been on the staff at Faith Baptist Church since July 1998.  He currently serves as one of the Pastors of Seminary and College Ministries.  He is married to Janet and has two young children.  Pastor Aucoin is currently working on completing PhD work through Baptist Bible Seminary.

Amy Baker, PhD

Amy Baker serves Faith Ministries as the Director of Resource Ministries.  Amy has a heart for compassionately ministering God’s grace to hurting women. She assists in training new Biblical Counselors for Faith Biblical Counseling Ministries and also serves as Vision of Hope’s Director of Counseling and on the Vision of Hope Board of Directors.  Amy is married to Jeff, and they have 2 grown children.

Rob Green, M.Div.

Pastor Green is one of the pastors at Faith Baptist Church who oversees the Counseling and Seminary Ministries. He has been on the staff at Faith Baptist Church since August 2005.  He is married to Stephanie and has three young children.  Rob is currently working on PhD requirements at Baptist Bible Seminary.

Bob Smith, M.D.

Retired physician; Deacon Chairman at Faith Baptist Church (Lafayette, IN); author; conference speaker; co-founder of FBCM; NANC Fellow; NANC board member; member of the NANC Academy; instructor and counselor at FBCM; conference speaker; married with four children and seven grandchildren; B.A. Chemistry, North Manchester College; M.D., Indiana University School of Medicine.

Steve Viars, D.Min.

Pastor Steve Viars is the senior pastor at Faith Baptist Church in Lafayette, Indiana.  He has a heart for serving those in the community who are hurting and looking for answers.  Pastor Viars has been on staff at Faith Baptist Church since 1986 where his talents as a gifted speaker, teacher, and administrator are used to serve not only the local church but also thousands of churches around the country.  His first book Growing From Your Past will be released on October 1, 2010.  Pastor Viars serves as the President of the Board of Directors for Vision of Hope.  Steve is married to Kris and they have one grown child and 2 teenagers in the home.

Debbie Costa

Debbie Costa serves at Vision of Hope as one of the 2nd Shift Supervisors and also counsels 5-6 residents.  She has been on staff since Dec 2007.  Debbie is married to Tony, also on staff at Faith Ministries.  They have 3 grown children.

Janelle Meinema

Janelle Meinema serves at Vision of Hope as the Household Manager and counsels 5 residents.  She has been on staff since Dec 2007 helping coordinate meals, menu planning, purchases, and home maintenance.  She is married to Scott and has 2 grown children and 2 teenagers.

Tori Shirk

Tori Shirks serves at Vision of Hope as one of the 2nd Shift Supervisors, the Intern Supervisor, and also counsels 1 resident.  She has been on staff since Jan 2008.

Heather Starkweather

Heather Starkweather serves at Vision of Hope as the Social Worker and counsels 2-4 residents.  She has been on staff since Dec 2007 coordinating the care for the Vision of Hope residents, managing the legal, educational, and social service aspects of their stay.  Heather is married to Jim and has 2 teenage children.

Jocelyn Wallace

Jocelyn Wallace serves at Vision of Hope as the Executive Director.  She has been on staff since 2007 helping to organize, plan, and implement the residential treatment program at Vision of Hope.  She oversees the daily operations of the ministry and directly supervises all staff and the progress of each resident in the program.   She also serves as the Biblical Counselor for 6-8 residents.  Jocelyn is married to Brian and has two young children.
