Registration

Step #1.  Complete registration form for you and for each child in MOPPETS. Please note that MOPPETS is for your children only. Forms are available at the following locations:

Step #2.  Mail the non-refundable registration fee and your registration forms to: MOPS Coordinator, Stephanie King, 4106 Amesbury Drive, West Lafayette, IN 47906

Please make sure to make checks payable to Faith Baptist Church and write "MOPS" on the memo line.  Registration is complete when membership fees have been paid. Scholarships are available. Please don’t let financial concerns keep you from being a part of this MOPS group.

Fees

There is an annual fee of $100. This fee includes:

• $20 MOPS International Membership which includes an inspirational book, children’s DVD, weekly MOM E-mail, and a one-year (6 month) subscription to MOMSense magazine. This is paid at the time of registration.
• $40 MOPS Local Fees per semester which covers breakfast, speakers, creative activities and the MOPPETS (childcare) ministry.
